Ghana yet to pay Nigeria Gas debt

General Manager at The West African Gas Pipeline Company (WAPCo) Mike Enendu has stated that the Ghanaian government still owes Nigerian Gas Company despite comments made by President Nana Addo that all outstanding debts owed have already been paid.

WAPCo is a subsidiary of Nigerian Gas Company and if Ghana owes them, then it means WAPCo
is yet to receive any money from government, he noted. This comment contradicts an earlier tweet on Thursday April 13, 2017 made by President Akufo-Addo that all outstanding debts owed by government had been completely cleared. Enendu made this revelation to journalists during a forum on local content promotion and greater participation by local suppliers and contractors.

Between Wapco and Nana who is lying now? At least we deserve to know the truth.
